EIN 33-0672537. We are a 501(c)(3) public charity. Your gift is deductible to the extent the law allows. The principal of the Remediation Trust stays intact; donations are in addition to that income.

Unless you restrict a gift, it joins the pool the board awards from — project grants in spring and fall, and matching grants when a local 501(c) has a verified campaign. Memo “grants” or “matching” if you want to steer it.

A gift to the Foundation is a gift to the Foundation. We are not a pass-through for another group’s fundraising. Local nonprofits that want a match apply for a matching grant; neighbors who want to fund that pool give here.
