The Community Trails Committee is part of the Elfin Forest / Harmony Grove Town Council. It is not a separate charity. The dirt paths and the rail beside them are the Committee’s work, on a system neighbors walk, ride, and share with horses.
For fall 2026 the Committee asked for $5,483 toward trail developments and improvements on that system. The whole project is budgeted at $11,483. The board approved the request in full. The work is scheduled for October and November. When it is done, we will add photographs. Until then this page records the award, not a finished fence.
