A valley without a Main Street still needs a night when people stand in the same place. The Town Council’s Winter Wonderland tree lighting is that night this year, December 5.
The Council asked for $2,047 for food and beverages. The board approved the request in full. The grant does not pay for the tree, the lights, or the program. It pays for the part that makes it a gathering instead of a drive-by. We will add photographs after the evening.
What the community got
Food and beverages for neighbors at the December 5, 2026 tree lighting. The Town Council puts on the evening. The Foundation pays for what people eat and drink.
